Yes. Roadside assistance can take longer to respond than a local locksmith. You can call us while waiting to see who arrives first — if your insurance service gets there first, you simply do not need us. No cancellation fee for calls we have not yet attended.
- My child is locked inside the car. What do I do?
This is an emergency. Call us immediately on 066 147 4234 and tell us. We treat this as highest priority. Also call 10111 (SAPS) simultaneously. If the child is in distress and we cannot arrive fast enough, breaking a window may be necessary — the police can advise on this.
